Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be totally satisfied with your on line purchase. We accept refunds on all full priced items within 14 days. After this time all sales are final. Purchases must be returned in saleable condition i.e. clean, unworn, and in original packaging, Any headwear that has been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

2. Once our Customer Care team have contacted you, return your item, together with the receipt to:

We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns
3. When your return is approved the payment will be reversed onto your original payment.
Refunds are reversed onto your original payment. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to process. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges.
Exchanges are subject to availability once your return arrives a our head office. These exchanges can be made for items of the sane value of your original purchase.
Orders which have been shipped cannot be cancelled so if you have a change of mind please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
We have made every effort to correctly display the colours of our headwear and hair, however, due to variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your devise will display a completely accurate image.
